With over 25 years of leadership experience spanning human resources, operations, and organizational transformation, Lieske Renz founded Florere Consulting to help organizations align people and performance for sustainable growth.
Throughout her career, Lieske has served as a trusted partner to executive teams across industries — from hospitality and retail to aviation, wellness, and food service — leading initiatives that strengthen culture, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business impact.
As Chief Administrative Officer and Chief People Officer at Arch Amenities Group, Lieske played a pivotal role in integrating nine acquired companies into a unified, scalable enterprise — tripling profitability while cultivating a cohesive, people-centered culture. Prior to that, she led human resources and operations for organizations including SSP America, Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd., and Yum! Brands, Inc., where she developed award-winning leadership programs, built global talent strategies, and drove operational excellence initiatives across multiple markets.
A hands-on and strategic leader, Lieske brings a unique ability to bridge vision and execution — translating strategy into systems that work. Her approach to consulting is deeply rooted in her belief that when people thrive, performance follows.
Lieske holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management & Technology from the University of Maryland University College, and is certified as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management.
